Dave Zitting, President and Chief Executive Officer
One of PRMI's founding partners in 1998, Dave Zitting is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Most often described as optimistic, persuasive, and innovative; Dave has used these traits, his experience as an originator and his in-depth market knowledge to guide PRMI in becoming one of the most respected institutions in the country.
As CEO, Dave is responsible for determining and executing PRMI's strategic direction and for developing partnerships within the mortgage industry.
Prior to starting PRMI, Zitting enjoyed a decade-long career as a professional Mortgage Loan Originator, and he received a Business Management Certification from the University of Utah in 1994.
Mr. Zitting currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife, Tracy, and two children. He enjoys being outdoors, including hunting, fishing, mountain biking, water sports, and tennis. |

Steve Chapman, Chief Financial Officer
Chapman has been with PRMI as CFO since the company's inception and has been instrumental in ensuring the company's continued financial health.
As PRMI's Chief Financial Officer, Steve Chapman manages the company's accounting and financial structure and operations. Among his responsibilities, he directs daily warehouse bank activities, oversees interactions with investors, and supervises yearly financial and HUD audits.
Prior to joining PRMI, Chapman worked as an Operations Manager with the Bank of America in their Credit Card Division and at Heartland Mortgage Services, Inc., where he was the Controller and Warehouse Manager.
Originally from Los Angeles, Chapman now resides in Pleasant Grove, Utah, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys wake boarding, surfing, and skiing. |

Tom George, Chief Operations Officer
Tom George is the Chief Operations Officer of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Tom's deep understanding of the company's operations is unparalleled.
In this capacity, he oversees all areas of day-to-day operations at PRMI and its affiliates to ensure successful practices and profitability.
Joining the company shortly after it's founding in 1998, Tom worked as a Loan Officer and as the Manager and Vice President of Business Development before being promoted to Executive Vice President. Prior to PRMI, he was the Vice President/Coordinator for Associated Charter Catalog and the National Jewelers Alliance, where he supervised over 500 independent jewelers and the corporate offices.
Tom holds a Utah Principal Lending Manager License, Utah Licensed Loan Originator Certificate, Continuing Education State Law Certification relating to Mortgage, HUD Approved Fair Lending Certificate, and Employment Law Certification.
Mr. George and his wife, Kelley, have three sons, three grandsons, and a granddaughter. He enjoys working with youth sports and playing golf. |

Tom Gyuro, Chief Strategy Officer
Tom Gyuro is the Chief Strategy Officer. With an extensive background in corporate management, Mr. Gyuro leads Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. with a strong strategic knowledge.
As CSO, Tom is responsible for executing PRMI's strategic direction and identifying, acquiring, and developing affinity partners. His responsibilities involve working across all company management levels and departments to drive decision making that creates immediate positive change.
Prior to joining PRMI, Tom enjoyed a fifteen-year career in Senior Management Positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical and DHL Airways.
Mr. Gyuro currently resides in Bountiful, Utah, with his wife, Cori, and three children. He enjoys being outdoors; including hunting, fishing, golf, water sports, and tennis.

Ruth Green, Senior Vice President, Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ruth will work in tandem with the SVP of Business Performance to provide direction and oversight for all areas of the company. Her focus will be on improving the quality of service and product throughout the organization through effective management, communication and implementation of new technologies
Ruth has added her talents to PRMI for more than ten years. She has held numerous positions in the company including underwriter, Training Manager, and Vice President of Business Relations. Green joined the company with five years of experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and processor.
Mrs. Green currently resides in Salt Lake City, UT with her husband, Pat, and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, skiing, and backpacking. |

Chris Jones, Senior Vice President, Business Performance
As Senior Vice President of Business Performance, Chris will provide executive leadership and management with special focus on business growth, operational excellence, process innovation, and financial analysis to optimize business performance and profitability for both PRMI and its branch partners.
Prior to joining PRMI, Chris enjoyed an eleven-year career with the General Electric Company. While at GE, Chris held positions as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Finance Manager, and Management Consultant. In his most recent role as Management Consultant, Jones helped many of GE's strategic customers implement business management practices to improve productivity, increase customer loyalty, and drive growth through innovation.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Jones now resides in Draper, Utah with his wife, Kristin, and three children. His other interests include sports activities, golf, water sports, and film. |
